Serious fantasy football players are watching for updates on a daily basis now, as the time for mocks ends and real drafts begin.

ROX and SPEEDZ help you hold it down with this installment of The Fantasy Freestyle, covering the QB position. There are some points of contention at the top of the rankings and you'll learn what a 'dropped interception' is and which QB lead the league in them last year...

Of course, we're still holding it down for those alive in their fantasy baseball leagues too - we've got that patent pending Diamonds in the Rough and Fugazis to help you make sense of the waning weeks of the regular season.

You want Ryan Lochte takes - we've got those. We also talk about the impact of popular television on unjust convictions in the US.

Wow! Everything you need to know about the RB position in your fantasy football PPR draft in one place? For free?!?!

Are we talking game flow, what to watch in the preseason and giving you that #1 Stunner (tm) pick to win your league?

Yup, ROX and SPEEDZ are back again holding it down for you before draft season kicks off. Top 30 backs broken down proper.

We got our fantasy baseball heads for the stretch run too - you know this!

Dropping some diamonds and letting them know who to pickup and who to drop, we're keeping it Fugazi free for y'all as you make that postseason push.

As the calendar flips over to August, the Fantasy Freestyle begins to transition to more Fantasy Football heavy coverage.... But no worries, we still got those of you competing to take home prize money in baseball... As such, we cover the trading deadline implications and players to add now.

On the football side, we do a deep dive into the WR position and break down some of the differences in our PPR top 30s and why we feel so strongly.

It's another must listen episode, you can't act on the takes if you don't hear them first.

We back... Big news coming soon, but this week is another all-star show.

We break down some trade deadline moves that already took place and break out the crystal ball to predict some moves that may happen in the near future before the deadline - RIP Miss Cleo.

We also do out HITS segment (Hot In The Streets)covering the outfield and tying it in to some of the recent trades.

Then we put on them shoulder pads and take it to the NFL. Covering suspensions and players who were reinstated and then we got in depth on the AFC East... Including some heated disagreements!

Get in on the ground floor, 'cause we about to blow up!

You know what it is and you know it's not a game! Ironically, ROX and SPEEDZ are helping you beat the heat by bring you the hottest fantasy sports context around.

In this episode, we cover the baseball headlines. We talk which teams may be buyers and sellers (or customers and dealers) at the deadline and how qualifying offers play into this.

We bring you HITS - Hot In The Streets - for the 3B position and give you some players to avoid moving forward, our Fugazis.

On the football side, we talk the Arian Foster deal and teams that did - and did not - lock their Franchise players up in long term deals and what that may mean for the Skins and Kirk Cousins and the Bears and Alshon Jeffrey.

We also go down to that AFC South and break down all the fantasy relevant players to give you a jump on draft season - which is fast approaching!
